The STORED policy for the team. This is recorded intent and is not currently enforced: while the verified-domain gate is deactivated, attribution RESOLVES every team to ALLOW_SELF_ASSERTED_UNVERIFIED, accepting structurally valid identities from any domain and stamping off-domain ones as unverified. So a team set to VERIFIED_DOMAIN_ONLY still accepts them, and storing that value is logged as ignored. Structurally invalid addresses are rejected either way.
