Get coding assistant subscription

Returns the coding assistant seat plan saved for the team and provider. When nothing is saved for that provider, it returns the defaults: extraUsageEnabled false and no tiers.

The provider value the subscription was saved under with the update call: claude-code, claude-cowork, gemini-cli, cursor, codex-cli or github-copilot. The match is exact, so use cursor here, not cursor-ide. Any other value, or a provider with nothing saved, returns the defaults with extraUsageEnabled false. These lowercase values differ from the ClaudeCode style names the team coding assistant settings use.
