Get margin percentage by organization

Returns the margin of each customer organization over the whole window as a percentage: (revenue minus AI cost) divided by revenue, times 100. Revenue comes from billed line items and cost is the AI cost in USD. An organization with no revenue returns 0. Without organizations, every organization with usage in the window is listed.
