List a GitHub organization's repositories

Lists the repositories of a GitHub organization for the connect/edit repo picker. Provide EITHER a raw 'token' (new connection, not yet stored) OR a 'credentialId' referencing an existing stored credential whose token is decrypted server-side. The token is used only to call GitHub and is NEVER logged or returned.
