Get reference data for AI completion metric search filters

        Returns reference data for populating search filter dropdowns.
        This includes:
        - traceTypes: Dynamic list of trace types found in the team's data
        - stopReasons: Static list of all possible stop reason values

        Use this endpoint to populate dropdown options in search forms.
