Get Bulk Budget Progress for Multiple AI Anomalies

Retrieve budget progress tracking for multiple CUMULATIVE_USAGE budget alerts in a single request. Returns per-item success or error results, preserving input order. Supports up to 50 anomaly IDs. Duplicate IDs are allowed and produce corresponding duplicate results.

Comma-separated alert IDs, up to 50. Each is a short string ID such as jR2kmLs, from the id field of GET /v2/api/sources/ai/anomaly.
