Update coding assistant subscription

Creates or replaces the coding assistant seat plan for the team and the provider named in the body. Returns 201 when it creates a new plan and 200 when it updates one.

Note the value cursor, not cursor-ide, and that these lowercase values differ from the ClaudeCode style names the team coding assistant settings use.
