Finish a GitHub organization owner's approval of the GitHub App

Called with the installation_id and code from GitHub's setup redirect after an owner approved a requested installation or installed the app, with no Revenium session. The code is exchanged with GitHub, which proves who arrived and that the installation is theirs, so a forged installation_id is refused. When exactly one team's confirmed request named the installation's organization, the installation is linked to that team and the answer is connected; otherwise awaiting_link, and an admin of the team who is a member of the organization links it from Integrations.
