Get token and tool cost by agent

https://app.revenium.ai/api/v2/analytics/iceberg-cost-by-agent

Returns token cost and tool cost per agent, with tool cost broken down by tool. Tool costs are returned as negative numbers so they can be charted below token costs. All amounts are in USD.
