Get Provider Coverage Ratio From Supplied Metered Usage

The coverage ratio of GET /coverage, with the metered half supplied in the body as per-day totals per billing bucket instead of aggregated here. The ratio, its rows and every rule behind them are the GET's; only where the metered totals come from differs. meteredDays must cover the requested period and its prior period of equal length, or the request is rejected with 400.

Allowed:
string

Narrow results to a single API key id within the caller's organization, matched exactly. Honoured by /billing/chart, /billing/models, /billing/api-keys and /billing/users; other billing endpoints ignore it. On those four, rows and totals cover only charges stored under that id, so a value that matches no stored charge returns a zero total, never the organization total.
