Dismisses an open pull request with a reason: NOT_WASTE, WILL_CLOSE, DUPLICATE or OTHER. A dismissed or snoozed pull request leaves every open-row figure of PR Health (the report, the engineers page, the drawer's buckets and the pull-request list) for everyone on the team, and is listed with pull-requests?triaged=ONLY. A record is in force while the pull request is open and it is either dismissed, or snoozed with snoozedUntil after today in UTC: a snooze until 6 Oct hides the pull request through 5 Oct UTC, and nothing runs when it ends. Closed and merged history never changes. A second dismiss or snooze on the same pull request replaces the first, with no undo needed. Only admins of the organization may write; everyone who can read PR Health sees the state. Pass teamId as a query parameter to write the team the page shows. repoName and prNumber must name an open pull request of the organization exactly as PR Health returns it; anything else is a 404.
