Called with no Revenium session by the owner's browser after the approval answered confirm_team, with the installation_id and the confirmationToken that answer carried. The token is single-use, valid for 15 minutes and bound to the installation; an unknown, used or expired token is refused before anything about the installation is read. connect links the installation to that team as an owner's link and answers connected; decline closes the team's request so it can ask again and answers declined. When the request no longer matches, or GitHub refuses the link, the answer is awaiting_link.
